“Coming into Genius Frequency, I was burdened with an overall sense of disconnectedness and frustration. There was something blocking me from breaking through to my next level of growth and development- I felt stuck in numbing habits.
Whenever a challenging event arose, my immediate reaction was to get angry and fight against it, as though it was an enemy intentionally attacking me. There were so many days when I was angry without having any idea why. I tried affirmations, incantations, listening to positive/affirming audio, exercise and sheer willpower. Any relief was minor and temporary, and I still couldn’t figure out what the problem was; what was holding me back.

"Josh and I have been working together for a number of years. He has been my guide for some of the deepest initiations of my life.
The latest iteration of our work together has been a deep dive into Genius Frequency and Elemental Embodiment.
When we began with this practice, I was at a major threshold. A new father, facing loneliness of early parenthood, carrying wounds of resentment, victimhood, and deep grief.
As we deepened our work together, I started to notice a shift. I could welcome my struggles and pain with so much more more love and compassion, whereas I used to meet these moments with shame. Previously, in situations where I used to feel shame, I would go into collapse.
Now I feel courageous and resourced enough to face that shame and take radical accountability for the impact. Over time, I started to realize that I was the creator of my life, of my story, of my body. In learning to love myself with more depth and safety I began to love those around me with more depth and safety. In one session, a realization came to me- “I am the one I’ve been searching for.” After years of projecting out my latent potential and greatness onto others and searching for a mentor, I was beginning to deeply come home to myself and realize who I truly am, and my big soul mission work that I’m here to do.

I have had the privilege of working with Josh to learn how to use the Genius Frequency methodology to support healing from trauma and mental health challenges.
Josh is a kindred spirit who has helped me better understand my personal struggles and identify which approaches within the Genius Frequency framework are most effective for my healing journey. Over the years, I have explored counselling, meditation, psychedelics, and many other therapeutic and self-development modalities, yet this work has provided a unique and meaningful experience for me.
The trauma release process and the loosening of what felt like deeply stuck emotional energy have been profoundly impactful. The work can be challenging, but Josh has guided me with care and balance, helping me apply these methods to my specific circumstances. Over the past two months, I have noticed significant improvements in my ability to manage anger and emotional triggers that would previously overwhelm me. Chronic tension in my upper back, chest, throat, jaw, cheeks, and forehead has noticeably decreased. I’ve also gained a broader and more compassionate perspective toward both my own struggles and the mental health challenges of others.
One of the most valuable aspects of this work has been learning tools to interrupt negative emotional and mental looping. When I begin to spiral into negative thinking or emotional overwhelm, I now use Genius Frequency techniques to help restore emotional, physical, and mental balance. Before this work, recovering from trauma responses or emotional spirals could take days, weeks, or even months. Now, I often feel capable of regaining balance much more quickly, sometimes after a single guided session.
This healing process has also positively impacted my family life. My relationship with my wife and children has improved, and we are rebuilding a greater sense of wellbeing together after years of struggling with unprocessed emotions, anger, and depression. I have come to recognize how unresolved emotional pain can affect those closest to us, and I am deeply committed to breaking those cycles.
Through this experience, I have begun to believe that emotional states such as anger, resentment, betrayal, sadness, shame, guilt, self-criticism, and broken trust can gradually be processed and released in healthier ways. I have also experienced moments of greater wholeness, alignment, safety, peace, joy, passion, and enthusiasm as I continue practicing these methods consistently.
After only two months, I have already experienced meaningful changes. Years of accumulated emotional burden feel as though they are beginning to lift through regular morning and evening practice. My breathing has improved, I feel more grounded and energized, and I am hopeful about the future in a way I have not felt for a long time.
I’m deeply grateful to Josh for his guidance and support throughout this process. His mentorship has played a critical role in my personal growth and healing journey.
